Personal Journey

I first encountered the concept of fasting in 2018. What started as curiosity evolved into a serious commitment — in 2020, I completed an extreme one-week fasted trek, covering over 200 km in the mountains without any caloric intake. During that week, I lost 8 kilograms, dropping from 89 kg to 81 kg, while pushing both my body and mind to their limits.

This experience profoundly reshaped how I relate to food, energy, and performance. Over the following years, daily physical activity combined with intermittent fasting became a natural part of my life.

This led to a clear and recurring need for essential mineral replenishment — not as a trend, but as a physical necessity. In 2022, I formulated my first electrolyte-free mineral blend for personal use, which later became the foundation of the FASTEDMeals Mineral Matrix.

The final product development was carried out in collaboration with HELVEX Pharmaceutical Research, Manufacturing and Distribution Ltd., ensuring scientific rigor and precision production.

In 2023, I acquired the domain fastedmeals.com, and after a period of fine-tuning and testing, the first FASTEDMeals product was launched in 2025 — created for conscious fasters and physically active individuals.
